1️⃣How do I place my order?
Ordering online from niceoceanjewelry.com is easy!
First, please login your niceocean account / create a new account. Then viewing item, select the size, color and quantity, click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you have your desired items in your Cart, click "cart" and ‘CHECKOUT’.
Next, enter any discount coupon codes that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the shipping address, shipping method and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!
2️⃣Do you have any discount for first time users?
Yes! We offer 15% off for your first 3 orders. The money you can save is unlimited-the more you order, the more you save. You will be eligible for new user benefits as soon as you register with us. Once you register and sign in, we will automatically apply this coupon to your cart when you place orders.
3️⃣How to use the first time user discount?
1. Register with Nice Ocean Jewelry if you have not yet had an account with us
2. Fill up the coupon code “WELCOME15” in the box when "checkout".
4️⃣How does the volume discount work?
We reward larger orders! Volume discounts apply to all products on our website, including promotional items. We'll automatically apply the discount to your order at checkout. (Please note that the 15% New User Discount and Volume Discount cannot be combined.)

5️⃣What is your minimum order quantity?
No MOQ requirement, 1 piece is wholesale price also. Order as much or as little as you like!
6️⃣Can you deliver to my country?
We can ship to all countries/regions that have DHL.
7️⃣How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $120. The more you buy, the lower the shipping cost per item. By default, we use Standard Shipping for all free shipping orders.
• Small items (e.g., jewelry, jewelry-making supplies) are shipped by Air.
• Large items (e.g., bags, jewelry boxes) are shipped by Ocean.
For orders under $120, shipping costs vary based on three main factors:
1. Shipping method (Standard or Express; Air or Ocean)
2. Destination country
3. Package weight
The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before you complete your payment.
Thanks to our high shipping volume, Nice Ocean Jewelry receives exclusive discounts from our shipping partners, which allows us to pass those savings on to you.
8️⃣How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
(This does not include any customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.)
• Processing Time: 2–4 business days to prepare and assemble your order.
• Shipping Time:
✔Standard Air Shipping: 7–12 business days
✔Express Air Shipping: 4–6 business days
✔Standard Ocean Shipping: 14–18 business days
📦 Shipping Method Note:
✔Small items (e.g. jewelry, jewelry-making supplies) will be shipped via Air.
✔Larger items (e.g. bags, jewelry boxes) will be shipped via Ocean.
Once your order is dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select and the destination country.
We always aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible!
9️⃣Can I choose a different shipping carrier?
Yes, we can arrange to ship your order using your preferred carrier. If you have a specific shipping vendor you’d like to use, please send their details to niceoceanjewelry@gmail.com or contact our customer support online.
We’ll handle the rest of the logistics for you.
🔟Is it possible to cancel my order after placing it?
🟥< 6 hours after order placement: Free cancellation.
🟥6–12 hours after order placement: 20% handling fee deducted; 80% refunded.
🟥12–24 hours after order placement: 70% handling fee deducted; 30% refunded.
🟥24+ hours after order placement: No cancellations accepted.
